How this catalogue works

The short version

Five names. Different decisions.

These entries serve different buying briefs. Tiffany’s current citrine-ring availability needs an enquiry; Anemone’s sampled stone description needs clarification. The displayed US-dollar examples below are not equivalent specifications or confirmed UK checkout totals.

On a small screen, swipe the table to see all columns.

How to read this guide

The detail behind each entry.

We reviewed official product descriptions and retailer policies, then considered what they mean for a UK buyer. Our assessments are desk research; we have not purchased, worn or laboratory-tested these rings.

What we compare: stone identification, metal construction, design and sizing information, displayed cost, delivery timing and the practical return route.

How the list is ordered: Drunk Angel is the featured first entry. The numbered line-up is an editorial arrangement, not a measured quality ranking. We do not assign our own star scores.

Two kinds of evidence: editorial analysis is labelled separately from original customer excerpts. Retailer statements remain retailer statements; a product description is not independent gem identification.

Brand 02

Tiffany & Co.

An option for a service-led enquiry, with current citrine-ring availability still to confirm.

Citrine ring availability
Not confirmed in the UK catalogue checked [1]
Service options
Cleaning, polishing and fit alterations [2]
Online returns
30 days from delivery, subject to conditions [3]

Availability comes before the brand name

Tiffany needs a different assessment from the other names here. The UK citrine category we checked displayed a Bird on a Rock pendant; it did not establish an available citrine ring. A gemstone category page or a general mention of rings is not enough to confirm a ring’s stock, price or specifications. We therefore have no current Tiffany citrine-ring price to compare. [1]

For someone who specifically wants a Tiffany citrine ring, the useful next step is an enquiry with an exact product reference, metal, finger size and budget. If the design cannot be sourced, the brand name alone does not solve the buying brief. Our inclusion is an enquiry option, not confirmation that a suitable ring can be ordered today.

The practical reason to consider it

Tiffany’s UK care service lists cleaning, polishing and fit alterations, with a route to request service and book a virtual appointment. That gives a buyer a specific aftercare process to discuss. Ask what can be done for the exact piece, what it costs and how long it takes; a general service menu does not guarantee that every ring can be resized. [2]

Read the return conditions before personalising

The UK online policy allows eligible returns within 30 days of delivery and offers a complimentary return or exchange service. Items need to meet its condition and receipt requirements. Personalised pieces are excluded, and online-only items cannot be returned to stores. The policy also directs airport and concession customers to those stores’ own terms. Check the sales channel as well as the brand. [3]

Reasons to consider it

  • A published UK service route for discussing care and fit. [2]
  • Clear online return conditions to read before purchase. [3]

Things to weigh up

  • No currently orderable citrine ring was confirmed in the checked category. [1]
  • Personalisation can remove the ordinary online return option. [3]

Our take

Consider an enquiry if Tiffany itself and its service options are priorities. If you need a citrine ring for a fixed date, confirm an actual available product before putting it on your final shortlist.

The excerpts below illustrate two different service experiences: praise for a shop visit and a complaint about an order still not arriving. Neither establishes the quality of a citrine ring or the experience every customer will have.

Brand 03

Moon Magic

Worth considering for a mixed-gemstone look rather than a single-stone citrine ring.

Example checked
Citrine Pearl Ring — Treasure · US$140 [1]
Design details
Listed with citrine, pearl and smoky quartz [1]
Main consideration
Confirm the selected metal and UK exchange terms.

The attraction is the combination

Moon Magic’s Treasure ring combines an emerald-shaped Madeira citrine with pearl and round smoky quartz in its listed specifications. The reviewed US-dollar page displayed US$140. Our take is that this is a choice for someone who wants contrasting colours and shapes in one piece; it is less directly comparable with a ring built around one uninterrupted citrine centre. [1]

Read the metal selection as carefully as the name

Moon Magic’s materials guide distinguishes sterling silver, gold vermeil, plated brass and solid gold. It describes its vermeil as a 2.5-micron layer of gold over sterling silver. Those categories have different constructions, so a description of the brand’s overall range is not proof of the metal used in a selected ring. Check the product option and the order confirmation together. [2]

For a buyer who likes changing finishes and stacking pieces, that choice can be useful. For someone expecting a solid-gold keepsake, the material needs to be explicit. We would make that decision before comparing promotional prices or broad claims about everyday wear.

One UK policy detail needs clarification

The Treasure page states a two-year warranty and a 30-day return window from delivery. Its UK exchange badge sits alongside text saying international exchanges are unavailable. Because those messages are not fully aligned, obtain confirmation that your UK order qualifies for an exchange before relying on that option. [1]

Reasons to consider it

  • A distinct mixed-stone composition in the sampled ring. [1]
  • A materials guide that explains the different metal constructions. [2]

Things to weigh up

  • The two customer excerpts below concern labradorite, not the citrine product.
  • Check UK exchange eligibility directly; the product page contains differing messages. [1]

Our take

A sensible design-led shortlist entry if you like the Treasure combination. Confirm the finish, sizing and exchange route first, especially when buying it as a surprise gift.

Jamie’s comment concerns the recipient’s reaction to a labradorite ring; Mitch reports wear to a gold-coloured coating. Read these as individual experiences with other rings. They do not measure the durability or stone quality of Treasure.

Brand 04

MollyJewelryUS

A closer fit for a personalised engagement-style design, provided the production and return terms work for you.

Example checked
Pear-cut three-stone citrine ring · listed US$255 [1]
Centre stone
Listed as 6 × 8 mm pear-cut citrine, about 1.2 ct [1]
Ordering model
Made-to-order timing and selected options affect the purchase. [2][3]

More decisions than colour and ring size

The sampled three-stone ring lists a pear-shaped citrine with moissanite or natural-diamond accent options. Its band is specified as 1.5 mm wide and 1.2 mm thick. This gives a buyer concrete proportions to discuss rather than judging scale from a close-up photograph alone. The listed US$255 is a starting reference; the chosen metal, side stones and extras need a separate final quote. [1]

For an engagement-style ring, our practical questions would be how high the centre sits, whether a wedding band can sit alongside it and whether the wearer likes a narrow band. The product measurements help start that conversation, but they do not replace trying a comparable shape on the hand.

Allow for making time, not just transit

The official FAQ lists standard production at 21 business days, with another four business days for silver and platinum. It then lists five to ten business days for shipping to other regions, after production, and international delivery charges of US$40–100. A proposal or anniversary deadline therefore needs a confirmed schedule for the exact order. [2]

Personalisation has a real trade-off

The brand’s gift guide states a 30-day return-request window, a 35% restocking fee for non-quality reasons and final-sale treatment for bespoke or personalised pieces, including engraving. Review those retailer terms before committing to a design or size. [3]

The optional authenticity card on the product page is described as a product ID card recording the materials. Do not assume it is an independent laboratory report for the centre stone. If independent identification matters, ask what documentation can be supplied. [1]

Reasons to consider it

  • Listed stone and band measurements make the design easier to compare. [1]
  • A route to choose accents and personal details. [1]

Things to weigh up

  • Production time must be added to overseas shipping time. [2]
  • The stated restocking and personalisation terms can make a change of mind costly. [3]

Our take

Most relevant if you already have a clear engagement-style brief and enough time to agree the details. Less convenient if you want to order several sizes or designs and decide after trying them at home.

Brian mentions timely custom work. Tyler’s excerpt flags a missing inscription even though the original overall rating is five stars. Keeping that rating visible matters: one quoted issue is not the reviewer’s entire verdict.

Brand 05

Anemone Jewelry

A design to investigate further, with the stone’s identity needing clarification first.

Example checked
16 mm Citrine Gem Ring · listed US$119; shown unavailable [1]
Stone description
The checked specification says “Simulated”. [1]
Trustpilot status
Matching profile awaiting verification

The specification is more important than the title

Anemone’s 16 mm ring is presented as a citrine design in sterling silver, with a round checkerboard-cut centre and a double band. The page displayed US$119 and an unavailable status when checked. Crucially, its stone-creation field says “Simulated”. We cannot treat this listing as evidence of a natural citrine ring. [1]

That distinction changes the comparison. A shopper who simply wants a large yellow centre may still be interested in the design; a shopper specifically paying for natural quartz needs written confirmation of what the supplied stone actually is. The wording applies to this checked listing and should not be generalised to every item the brand sells.

One design can have very different metal options

The separate Yellow Citrine Ring in Rose Gold page offers gold-filled, silver, vermeil and solid-gold selections. The visible options attach substantial additional charges to solid gold. The product name and its headline price therefore cannot, by themselves, tell you the construction or final cost of the selected ring. [2]

Anemone’s FAQ separately distinguishes coated or filled metals from solid gold. Our advice is to save the exact metal selection with the order, and ask for any stone description that is unclear to be resolved before payment. A wide choice is useful only when the final specification is unambiguous. [3]

What a UK buyer should confirm

The FAQ describes typical processing of one to three business days and non-US transit of two to six business days. Those general estimates do not establish when an unavailable ring will be ready. Confirm stock, the UK delivery charge, the return destination and the terms for a customised order together. [3]

Reasons to consider it

  • A large checkerboard-cut centre gives the sampled design a clear visual identity. [1]
  • Multiple metal selections on the separate rose-gold-titled listing. [2]

Things to weigh up

  • The simulated-stone disclosure needs resolving if natural citrine is essential. [1]
  • The sampled 16 mm ring was unavailable, and a matched Trustpilot source is still pending.

Our take

Keep this as a design lead requiring further checks. We would not recommend the sampled listing to a buyer seeking confirmed natural citrine without clearer written stone identification and stock information.

On-site ratings have not been substituted for Trustpilot reviews. A matching Trustpilot profile remains unverified, so this entry has no published customer quotation.

What the reviews can tell you.

The excerpts retain each reviewer’s original wording and individual star rating. An ellipsis marks a mid-sentence excerpt. They can flag a question about delivery, communication or a finish, but they cannot establish how often an issue occurs.

This is a small, selected set of experiences, not a representative sample. Purchases have not been independently verified. The Moon Magic excerpts concern labradorite rings; the other excerpts describe wider shopping experiences. None is presented as a test of the sampled citrine products. Original review sources were checked on 16 September 2026.

All excerpts and source details

Before you choose

Compare the ring you will receive.

Start with stone identity.

Ask for the gem material and any treatment to be stated clearly. GIA identifies citrine as quartz and notes that much of the market’s citrine results from heating amethyst. A treatment description and a simulated-stone description answer different questions. Do not infer either from colour, a trade name or a photograph. GIA: Citrinehttps://www.gia.edu/citrine

Understand citrine market names

Compare like with like.

Write down the selected metal, stone dimensions, band width and any accent stones. A vermeil ring and a solid-gold ring should not be judged on the headline price alone. Compare the finished specification you actually want, including paid engraving or documentation. A retailer’s materials card should not be mistaken for an independent laboratory report.

More on comparing citrine prices

Make the UK order practical.

Get the total for a UK address in the checkout currency, including the seller’s stated delivery and tax treatment. Keep production time separate from transit time. Check the return address, who pays postage, any restocking charge and the conditions for engraved pieces. A return window alone does not tell you the cost of changing your mind.

For sizing, use the seller’s chart with a measured diameter or circumference. If two charts disagree, ask the seller to confirm the physical measurement before choosing the nearest letter or number.

Common questions

The finer details.

Which of these brands should I start with?

Begin with your buying brief. Drunk Angel offers the sampled silver and vermeil designs; Moon Magic’s Treasure combines several gem types; MollyJewelryUS is more relevant to a configurable engagement-style ring. Tiffany requires confirmation of an available citrine ring. Anemone’s sampled listing needs its simulated-stone description clarified. Read the corresponding profile before treating any entry as a final recommendation.

Is heat-treated citrine the same thing as a simulated stone?

No. Heating describes a treatment; “simulated” describes a material intended to imitate another gem. GIA says much commercial citrine is produced by heating amethyst. The useful question is what material is being supplied and how it has been treated, rather than whether the word “citrine” appears in the title. GIA: Citrinehttps://www.gia.edu/citrine

Can I wear a citrine ring every day?

GIA gives citrine a Mohs hardness of 7 and notes that sudden temperature changes can cause damage. Hardness is not a promise that an entire ring will withstand every activity: the setting, metal finish and any other gems also matter. Ask the retailer for care instructions for the complete piece. GIA: Citrine care and cleaninghttps://www.gia.edu/citrine-care-cleaning

What is a sensible budget for a citrine ring?

Use the sampled prices as starting references, not a market-wide price guide. The rings differ in metals, stone arrangements and custom options; the figures also exclude any unconfirmed UK order costs. Decide the specification first, then compare final quotes for comparable pieces. A bigger discount does not answer whether you are getting the material you wanted.

Does a five-star customer review prove a ring is good quality?

It tells you how that customer rated their experience. It does not authenticate a gemstone or predict long-term wear. Read the complete review, the product mentioned, the date and any reservation within it. Tyler’s MollyJewelryUS excerpt is a useful example: the original five-star review also mentions an inscription issue.

How should I clean a citrine ring?

GIA recommends warm, soapy water for citrine and advises against steam cleaning. Its guidance for citrine does not automatically apply to every other component in a mixed-stone ring. Follow instructions appropriate to the most delicate stone and the selected finish, and ask a jeweller if you are unsure. GIA: Care guidancehttps://www.gia.edu/citrine-care-cleaning
